Beef Wet Fry is an East African delicacy.This recipe is perfect for lunch and dinner and pairs well with almost every side dish. Enjoy it with Ugali, Matooke (green bananas), French fries, mashed potatoes or rice.
***INGREDIENTS***
* Beef - 500g
* Rosemary 1-2 tsp
* Onion - 1
* Tomatoes 3-4
* Garlic & Ginger (blended) (as desired)
* Salt (to taste)
* Black pepper (to taste)
* Paprika (to taste)
* Coriander (as desired)
* Tomato paste -2 tbspns
* Vegetable oil / olive oil - 2-3 tablespoons
Serves 2 - 3 plates
