One of the many beautiful aspects of Yoruba culture is the tribe's traditional clothing. Located primarily in Nigeria, the clothing of the Yoruba is made from woven cotton and are meant to reflect the wearer's personality.

Men traditionally wear a Buba (a loose fitting shirt), Shokato (loose fitting pants), Agbada (a large robe or tunic), and a matching cap. Women wear Buba with an Iro (wrap around skirt), a shawl, a matching Gele (head dress). Both genders wear beaded necklaces, which are symbolic of authority and social status.

In this video, Abiola and his wife display traditional, colorful, and beautiful Yoruba wear.
