He gives her a job in his company. In return he wants sexual favors from her. One day he takes her to his farmhouse and attempts to rape her. Anju escapes from his clutch and tells it to Rakesh, who beats him up. Asit recruits the local goonda Mohinder to take revenge. Rakesh kills Mohinder after a violent fight. Anju and Rakesh live happily ever after.

FILM SYNOPSIS

The Mummy is an action-adventure film directed by Stephen Sommers. Set in the early 20th century, the story follows the daring exploits of adventurer Rick O'Connell (played by Brendan Fraser), who, along with his group of treasure hunters, stumbles upon the long-lost city of Hamunaptra in the Egyptian desert. Unbeknownst to them, they've awakened Imhotep (played by Arnold Vosloo), a cursed priest who has been mummified alive for over 3,000 years for his forbidden love affair.

As Imhotep comes back to life, he seeks to unleash his vengeful wrath upon the world. Rick, along with librarian Evelyn Carnahan (played by Rachel Weisz) and her brother Jonathan (played by John Hannah), must race against time to stop Imhotep's malevolent plans. Their quest takes them on a thrilling journey filled with supernatural dangers, ancient curses, and epic battles in the heart of Egypt.
