Dakar is the capital city of Senegal, and one of the chief seaports on the western African coast.

Senegal has great highways especially outside the capital.

Today I will be giving you a glimpse of what Dakar looks like I hope you enjoy it.

The capital Dakar is clean even though it's quite dusty due to the terrain. The yellow taxis and a lot of beautiful people.

Dams: Check out the LARQ Swig Top Bottle Today! https://bylarq.com/twobit2

Dams are one of the true unsung heroes of engineering. Life before dams was unpredictable, and it was nearly impossible to build homes or run farms, without constant risk of drought or flood. There have been disastrous dam failures in Libya recently that have killed thousands. This got me thinking about the state of dams around the world if there are other disasters waiting to happen, and if dams still make sense today. Let's figure this out together!

Several times a year, he leaves his village of Tsiandam with his wife and his two boatmen, Led and Bada, to reach their fishing area. In their adventures they will face a huge hammerhead shark of at least three meters and 200 kilos... Will they succeed in their fishing and thus feed their family?

The 21st century is the age of rapid technological progress, and we’re advancing at a mind-blowing rate. So what do you think our world will look like by 2025? It’s only a little bit more than 5 years from now, but by various accounts, it’s going to be really exciting in 5 years.

Solar panels will beat fossil fuels in energy output, becoming the largest source of energy on the planet. Augmented and virtual reality will become a thing. The problem of traffic jams will either be solved altogether or very close to it. Human genome will most probably be cracked, and only ethical issues will remain before genetic modifications of people become available...

SUMMARY:
- Solar panels will be able to absorb much more sunlight, and even when it’s overcast.
- You’ll be able to have a virtual tour around a hotel before booking a room in it. Or how about taking a good look at 3D models of all goods in a store before adding them to your cart?
- The problem of traffic jams will either be solved altogether or very close to it. With the growing demand for driverless cars and even flying cars, the human factor will decrease dramatically.
- Gasoline fuel will become a fading memory by 2025. Electric and hydrogen-powered vehicles will push gas-powered ones further and further out of the market.
- The Internet of Things, or IoT, will be omnipresent. Smart homes, smart offices, whole smart buildings — literally everything will be connected with everything else, separated only by closed internal networks.
- Several large companies, like Google, Facebook, and SpaceX, are already working together on a project that will bring the Internet to everyone on the planet at speeds over 1 megabit per second.
- In 5 years’ time, the AI will not only be able to answer simple questions and follow your commands, but it will also become deeper and more inquisitive itself.
- Human genome will most probably be cracked, and only ethical issues will remain before genetic modifications of people become available.
- No more littering the soil and the oceans — we’ll be making a huge step towards a greener planet.
- Of course, we won’t be able to go to the past or teleport around the world in 5 years’ time. But the concept itself will become more real either way.
- With genetic modification becoming commonplace, modified crops will be grown indoors.
- Robots will take over the most menial jobs on the market, making humans turn their attention to more intellectual tasks.
- 5G mobile Internet connection will be a common thing in most technologically advanced countries and cities.
- Blockchain will become the preferred method of transferring money and valuable assets between people and organizations.
- Entertainment will become even more diverse with the growth in popularity of space tourism.

Six presidential candidates held the final events of their campaigns Thursday, as Mauritania prepares to hold its first national elections without an incumbent leader since the 2008 coup. Though many opposition candidates have strong support heading into the June 22 election, some voters are wary that the electoral commission may work in favor of the ruling party candidate. Esha Sarai reports from Nouakchott, Mauritania.

This video is about 5 Africans who are gifted in unique ways. From the tallest African to the most intelligent African man alive, this video takes you on an exhilirating journey through Africa.
Sulemana Abdul, the tallest man in the world.
29-year-old Sulemana Abdul Samed stands tall at 7 feet 4 inches tall and is barely 1 foot shorter than Sultan Kosen, who lives in Turkey and holds the title of the tallest man alive in the Guinness World Record. Mr. Samed was diagnosed with gigantism as a teen and has since never stopped growing. Every three months, he experiences an increase in height. Who knows? Maybe he will be the tallest man in the world soon. Since his diagnosis, Awuche has had monthly check-ups due to complications from the condition, including a curved spine. Despite his unusual height, Abdul Samed has lived a relatively normal life, attending school and being employed as a farmer and a mechanic. He has stated that he hopes to marry and have children.

Welcome to Afroartista Films. In this video, I introduce you to five exceptional Africans.

Two. Adut Aketch- The Most Beautiful Woman on Earth.
Adut Aketch is a young woman with an extraordinary story. Born in South Sudan, she's a former child refugee who spent the first eight years of her life in Kenya's Kakuma refugee camp before migrating to Australia. She is regarded as one of the world's most beautiful woman. Today, Aketch is one of the most in-demand models working in fashion, regularly walking for brands including Chanel, Valentino, and Givenchy and starring on the covers of several high-profile magazines. In 2018, Time recognized her as one of the “25 Most Influential Teens of 2018,” and in December 2019, she won the “Model of the Year” award at the British Fashion Awards in London.
Three. Thando Hapo- A Beautiful Albino Model.
Thando Hopa (born in 1989 in Sebokeng) is a South African model, activist, and lawyer. She is the first woman with albinism to be on the cover of Vogue. While working as a prosecutor, she was scouted by Gert-Johan Coetzee to work as a model. Hopa aims to portray albinism positively. She was cast as the Princess of Hearts in the 2018 Pirelli Calendar, becoming the first South African person of color to appear in it. In 2018, Hopa was recognized with the 100 Women Award from the BBC for her diversity and inclusion advocacy. Thando was cast as Artemis in the British-American miniseries Troy: Fall of a City. She is also famous for winning the Most Stylish award back in 2013. In 2017, she became the face of Audi‘s SUV car.
Four. Phillip Emeangwali – One of The Most Intelligent Man on Earth
Philip Emeagwali is a genius Nigerian computer scientist. He is reputed to be one of the most intelligent people on earth, with an IQ of 190, bigger than Einstein's. As a young boy in conflict-ridden Nigeria, Emeagwali performed incredible mental exercises, such as solving 100 math problems in one hour.
When he was 17, he obtained a BS in mathematics. He also earned three other degrees: a Ph.D. in scientific computing from the University of Michigan and two master's degrees from George Washington University. In 1989, emulating bees' honeycomb construction, Emeagwali used 65,000 processors to invent the world's fastest computer, which performs computations at 3.1 billion calculations per second. Dr. Philip Emeagwali's resume is loaded with many other such feats, including ways of making oil fields more productive, which has resulted in the United States saving hundreds of millions of dollars each year. As one of the most famous African inventors of the 20th century, Dr. Emeagwali has also won the Gordon Bell Prize—the Nobel Prize for computation.

5. Ferdinand Omanyala- The Fastest Man in Africa.
Ferdinand Omanyala Omurwa, born January 2, 1996, is a Kenyan sprinter competing in the 60 meters, 100 meters, and 200 meters. In 2022, he won his first international championships, with victories in the 100 m at the Commonwealth Games and the African Championships in Athletics. Omanyala is the African record holder and the fastest man in Africa after clocking a time of 9.77 seconds on September 18, 2021, in Nairobi. In August 2022, he claimed Kenya's first gold medal at the Birmingham Commonwealth Games, becoming the first Kenyan to win gold in the 100-meter race in 60 years.
