Drought-weakened animals dying in Niger

Animals weakened by months of drought were unable to escape drowing in heavy rains at the beginning of the wet season. Many families in Niger lost animals this year because of the droughts and lack of government assistance and rampant corruption. Al Jazeera's May Welsh reports
