Ethiopian government and rebels agree on humanitarian access to Tigray | Africanews

Top military commanders from the federal govt of Ethiopia and its embattled Tigray region have agreed to allow unhindered humanitarian access to the region and form a joint disarmament committee following last week's truce.
They signed the agreement Saturday (Nov. 12) after days of talks in Nairobi.
