Ethiopian government to begin negotiations with OLA rebel group

Delegations from the Ethiopian federal government are in Tanzania ahead of the start of negotiations with the Oromo Liberation Army (OLA). The first round of talks are expected to lay a foundation for an agreement to be reached towards establishing lasting peace in the Oromia region.
