Gabon’s transitional government names Raymond Ndong Sima as interim prime minister

Raymond Ndong Sima, who served as prime minister from 2012 to 2014 under ousted President Ali Bongo Ondimba, has taken up the post in a transitional government. The country’s military leaders have promised to return power to civilians after 'free' and 'transparent' elections.
