Ghana to default on most external debt as economics crisis worsens

Ghana has suspended payments on most of its external debt, effectively defaulting as it struggles to plug its balance of payments deficit. The west African nation's finance ministry says it won't service debts including its Eurobonds, commercial loans and most bilateral loans.
