7 medium size onions, 5 cloves of garlic, rosemary ,
oregano , parsley, scotch bonnet, 60g of ginger,
600g tomato puree, bell peppers, pointed peppers
spices:
2 shrimp cubes, 1/2tsp cloves, 1tsp aniseed
