Top heads of state from the world’s wealthiest countries are set to converge on New Delhi to attend the G20 Leaders’ Summit. Over two days, the nation’s capital will play host to US President Joe Biden, Britain's Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, among others.
The event, hosted at the Bharat Mandapam Convention Centre, will focus on critical issues such as the economy, the environment, and sustainable development. However, the summit will be marked by the absence of Chinese President Xi Jinping, a first since he took power in 2012. Russian President Vladimir Putin is also skipping the event.
