Sao Tome & Principe President withdraws from run-off vote, claiming fraud

In Sao Tome & Principe hundreds of people have taken to the streets to call for the cancellation of Sunday's presidential election. Protestors say the first round was fraudulent. Incumbent President Manuel Pinto da Costa has pulled out, saying he won't be part of a marred vote. However, the country's election commission says the run-off polls will still go ahead.
