Simple Somali Rice | Daryeel Kitchen

1 onion chopped
3 gloves garlic minced
2 tsp vegetable seasoning
1/2 tsp tumeric
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp ground corriander
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt to taste
3-4 tbsp oil / olive oil
30-50 mLs hot water to cook the spices

Basmati Rice : 2 cups of rice - 3 cups of hot water
