Zambia: Government set up council to provide loans to SMEs

Like many emerging economies Zambia's business terrain is dominated by micro, small and medium enterprises. The government is battling to grow these businesses and graduate them to the next level. So it set up the state funded Citizens Economic Empowerment Commission as a way to help SMES get access to funding and other critical business services. CCTV's Farai Mwakutuya filed this report.
