Tensions in Zambia are threatening to derail commonwealth-brokered talks between the government and opposition after the disputed 2016 elections. Zambia's main opposition party, the United Party for National Development filed a motion last week seeking to impeach President Edgar Lungu over accusations of breaching the constitution. However, debate on the motion which was due Wednesday was delayed, according to a letter from the parliamentary clerk.
