Zambia’s opposition leader Hichilema wins presidential vote

Zambian opposition leader Hakainde Hichilema has been declared the winner of last week's presidential election, defeating incumbent Edgar Lungu.
The tycoon successfully campaigned on his business experience, promising to turn the struggling economy around.
The significant win sparked celebrations on the streets after an election marred by sporadic violence.
