Zimbabwean President Emmerson Mnangagwa meets SADC Ambassadors

Zimbabwean President Emmerson Mnangagwa met with ambassadors from the Southern African Development Community in the capital Harare to deliberate on the country's concluded August general election. The meeting came just a few days after the European Union Election Observer Mission released its final report which characterised Zimbabwe's August election as flawed.
The ambassadors delivered congratulatory messages to the Zimbabwean President.
Mnangagwa says the regional bloc has remained united since its formation.
The visit also comes as critics of President Mnangagwa are accessing him of repression and further closing the democratic space.
