This fresh outbreak of violence has become a popular topic for discussion on social networks.<br />Hundreds of Nigerians have taken to Twitter reacting to these tragic events under the #AbujaBombBlast and #BornoGirls hashtags, with messages of solidarity and condolence for victims and their loved ones. They are also calling for calm, saying the current situation is extremely alarming; some are urging the authorities to declare a state of emergency.<br />And while many feel powerless to do anything about the violence in Nigeria, a growing number of web users are putting forward suggestions, trying to find ways of tackling terrorism.
