Manigault told the news program Thursday that the White House has a 'lack of diversity' that was regretfully, although that's not something she specifically blamed on President Donald Trump. A White House official herself until next month, Manigault said, Trump 'is not a racist,' even though he's made comments that were perceived that way. 'Yes, I will acknowledge many of the exchanges, particularly in the last six months, have been racially charged,' she said. 'Do we then just stop and label him as a racist? No.'

Shadab Khan ruled out of South Africa and Zimbabwe tours

Pretoria, 5 April 2021:

Shadab Khan has been ruled out from further participation on the South Africa and Zimbabwe tours after suffering a left toe injury while batting during the second One-Day International that has sidelined him for up to four weeks.

X-rays conducted following the match revealed an “intra articular communicated fracture” though there is neither any displacement nor angulation. The injury will be treated conservatively and Shadab will undergo a four-week rehab.

🚩 Lorraine Schein —— NY-based poet and writer Lorraine Schein is a former member of the Libertarian Book Club. Her work has appeared in The Unbearables, Semiotexte SF, and elsewhere. Her speculative fiction and poetry has appeared in VICE Terraform, Strange Horizons, and NewMyths and in the anthologies Aphrodite Terra, Tragedy Queens and Wild Women. 🚩 Cole Swensen —— Poet Cole Swensen is the author of 17 volumes of poetry and a collection of critical essays, Noise That Stays Noise. A book of hybrid poem-essays, Art in Time, was published by Nightboat in 2021. A former Guggenheim Fellow, she has been a finalist for the National Book Award and has been awarded the Iowa Poetry Prize, the SF State Poetry Center Book Award, and the National Poetry Series. She has also translated over 20 volumes of poetry, prose, and art criticism from French and won the 2004 PEN USA Award in Literary Translation.
