We are super excited to announce the launch of the FIRST EVER reality television series in Lesotho called KIVA PICKS HER DRESS FOR LESOTHO FASHION WEEK SPRING SUMMER 20. This groundbreaking series takes you on Ms Kiva's journey to Lesotho Fashion Week Spring Summer 2020, which will take place 17-19 April 2020 at Maliba Mountain Lodge. In this 7 part weekly series, Ms Kiva goes on a search for the perfect outfit to wear to Lesotho Fashion Week where she will be a Red Carpet Host. She reaches out to three different local fashion designers and tries on different outfits from their 10 piece collection which they will ultimately showcase at the Lesotho Fashion Week Spring Summer 20 season. With the help of her closest friends, Ms Kiva ultimately narrows it down to 3 outfits . Which ones will she choose?
Follow Kiva on this never seen before and first ever reality tv in Lesotho as she navigates the choice of make up to the perfect hair style to selecting accessories and shoes. The three local fashion designer's showcase journey is full of twists and turns. You will see them go thorugh concept sketching, to fabric sourcing to street interviews, model fittings, lookbook photoshoots all the way to the final showcase at Lesotho's only 5 star luxury accomodation, Maliba Mountain Lodge.

Lesotho Fashion Week 2018 Model Casting Call, held at Cafe What? in Maseru, Lesotho on 15 September 2018 at 12H00 - 18H00.
Lesotho Fashion Week, set to premier 1-4 November 2018 at Thaba Bosiu Cultural Village will showcase the Autumn/Winter 19 women's wear and men's wear collections. Day 1 of the four day fashion extravaganza will feature “by invitation only VIP Launch Party” where we will launch iTU Espace Design Capsule featuring a preview collection by each of the showcasing designers. The capsule collection will be available for sale at iTU Espace Design, an international boutique based in Grenoble, France for six months in 2019. Day 2 will comprise of the Business of Fashion conference, themed, “Building a successful career in fashion: Secrets from the experts” which will grant designers the core understanding of the business of fashion. The conference will center around the four main elements of the fashion value chain namely design and development, production and supply chain, marketing and communications as well as sales and distribution. Day three will comprise of a womenswear and menswear catwalk by a series of showcasing designers. Day 4 will comprise of a Designer Boutique (Shop the Runway) running alongside a trade exhibition, which will both serve as a wholesale platform for designers to sell directly to boutiques and end users. One designer from Lesotho Fashion Week will showcase their collection at Paris Fashion Week in February / March 2019, Autumn I Winter 19. The aim of showcasing in Paris is to introduce the designer to the global fashion capital and its international consumers, while opening further trade opportunities for their fashion business. The designer's trip to Paris will be followed by a show and tell-session at Alliance Française de Maseru, aimed at transferring the knowledge.
