PERSONAL NOTE ✒️
Chicken Afra or Dibi is a popular street food in The Gambia. Essentially, it is grilled chicken with a sauce loaded with mustard, caramelized onions, and spices. Simply delicious! A pretty good way to grill chicken at home for a party - or any other occasion, to be honest. You can use the same recipe with other meats, like lamb, beef, or goat. The key is the sauce, really. We enjoyed this dish thoroughly - 😋 Highly recommend!
