The war in Ukraine is fast approaching a frozen conflict with no real clarity when the fighting will end. The war has created global insecurity and is destabilizing global order. The war has created structural shifts in the political and economic realm by challenging free trade and disrupting the global economy. The war between Israel-Hamas has hastened the creation of macro-blocs which are weighing and leveraging their interests amongst the great powers. The war in the Middle East has intensified the debate on how to prevent Russia from increasingly riding the wave of global disruption and finding a way to bring back a more stable global order. What can be done before the winter sets in to leverage the current stalemate and what steps can be taken to create greater stability and lasting peace?

Muammar Muhammad Abu Minyar Al Gaddafi, commonly referred to as Muammar Gaddafi, was a prominent African revolutionary leader born on June 7, 1942, in Qasr Abu Hadi, Libya. He held leadership in Libya for a remarkable 42-year period, spanning from 1969 to 2011. It's worth noting that his rule came to an end when he was captured and subsequently killed on October 20, 2011, during the Battle of Sirte. There have been various speculations about the reasons behind his death, and this video aims to shed light on the actual motivations.

Gaddafi was apprehended by the forces of the National Transitional Council in Libya, and his demise followed a series of accusations.

When examining the multitude of factors contributing to Muammar Gaddafi's demise, one might wonder if his excessive dictatorship played a pivotal role. This leads to contemplation about the kind of leadership such a dictator exercised.

In the moments leading up to his death, Gaddafi sought refuge in a sizable drainage pipe, accompanied by a contingent of loyal bodyguards. However, when the fighters from the National Transitional Council arrived, they opened fire, ultimately bringing an end to the long-standing pursuit of Gaddafi.

The true reason behind his elimination lies in his aspirations, particularly his ambition to introduce an African gold-backed currency known as the "gold dinar." According to credible sources, his death was not driven by humanitarian concerns but by the thirst for power, control over oil resources, and financial gains. Gaddafi endured torture at the hands of Western National Transitional Forces before succumbing during the Battle of Sirte.

Had Gaddafi succeeded in implementing such a currency system in Africa, it would have compelled countries like the United States, Asia, and Europe to conduct transactions involving African oil and minerals using this gold-backed currency, potentially reshaping the dynamics of international trade. Gaddafi actively championed this agenda, particularly through the African Union during his tenure as chairman in 2009.
