🌱 Do you still think it's hard to be a vegan while traveling?
Malawi is one of the poorest countries in the world, and yet between local markets and big supermarkets, we managed to find some delicious food and incredible meat and cheese alternatives.
In this episode, we visit some local markets in Lilongwe and then we head to Senga Bay, on the shores of Lake Malawi, where we do a little beach clean-up and enjoy a beautiful sunset.

The kampango Fish or Kampoyo (Bagrus meridionalis) is a critically endangered species of large and predatory bagrid catfish that is endemic to Lake Malawi, Lake Malombe and the upper Shire River in Africa.
I live in Malawi, so be able to purchase this fish and show you guys how to make crispy and juicy fry out of it.
This fish is quite similar to the Cat fishes.
Malawi, a landlocked country in southeastern Africa, is defined by its topography of highlands split by the Great Rift Valley and enormous Lake Malawi. The lake’s southern end falls within Lake Malawi National Park – sheltering diverse wildlife from colorful fish to baboons – and its clear waters are popular for diving and boating. Peninsular Cape Maclear is known for its beach resorts.

Palm oil is a source of huge profits if you have adequate access to the seeds.
