I shared one of my favorite meal idea for my 7 month old baby. This is the popular Ghana white koko also know as corn meal porridge.
The porridge is simply delicious and the recipe is very quick and easy to follow.
It is known that most babies love corn meal porridge a lot and they usually fall asleep after this meal, so you might want to try it.
This meal is also eaten by adults. It is a delicious breakfast idea for the whole family and can be paired with pastries and much more 😊
