In the last century, there have been several pockets of conflicts in the three Northern Regions
And various efforts, government and international have tried unsuccessfully to bring lasting peace to the region.
However, 19-year-old Elizabeth Bidzakin, a native of one of the conflict stricken areas in Northern Ghana shares a fascinating idea of how conflict must be perceived and settled in Northern Ghana.


Elizabeth Kanburi Bidzakin is a research analyst and social entrepreneur. She is also the founder of The Mind Shift Foundation, foundation that seeks to empower young persons from conflict prone areas through a Community Enabled Mentorship program.
