2 thumbsize ginger
6-7 pieces of garlic
1 tsp each Anniseed & rosemary
1 stock cube
1 tbs salt
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
600g fresh okro
A Handful of chopped spinach
2 -4 scotch bonnet peppers
1/4 red onion for garnish
