FAVOURITE CORNED BEEF & EGG STEW RECIPE | GHANA STYLE
Hello everyone, welcome back to Mrsdrewry food, today I am preparing the classic Ghanaian corned beef stew with eggs (boiled and fried in the stew) a very simple and nice recipe that we enjoyed with some boiled yam and some boiled plantains! as always my recipes are very easy and I cook with what I have! thank you for watching, If you like this channel subscribe and hit the notification bell 🔔 xxx
Ingredients:
1 cup oil (plus 3 tbsp)
2 sliced medium onions
blend: 3 scotch bonnets, 1 thumb size ginger, 4 garlic cloves with 1/2 cup water
100gr tomato puree or about 3-4 tbsp full
3 cans tomato plums (or use fresh tomatoes)
2 cans corned beef or 680gr
salt to taste
beef seasoning ( or seasoning of choice)
curry powder tt
boiled eggs
1/2 : red,green,yellow bell peppers
5-6 eggs
1 extra sliced onion
