Afehyia pa ooo! As a little girl, all I looked forward to when we visited anyone around Christmas was a plate of chips and coated groundnuts, pound cake with raisins and cheries, some Vimto...ei do you remember that?, Coke or Fanta...or maybe Malt. I hope you try this
700 grams all purpose flour
1 cup salted butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar ( you won't taste this in the chips. Just an enhancer)
1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
1 teaspoon blended onions
1 cup water
Oil for deep frying
