Self-taught mechanic from Lesotho Elias Motlomelo invents All-Terrain Vehicle

The Commander of the Lesotho Defence force, Lieutenant General Mojalefa Letsoela launched and cheered a car innovation, invented by self-taught mechanic Elias Motlomelo. In launching the project, the army commander Letsoela says this All-Terrain Vehicle could serve as a training model in some of the key projects in the Lesotho military training academy
