THE ULTIMATE GHANA BEEF STEW | THIS STEW IS TO REMEMBER...
Hello Drewrees, welcome back to my channel today we are back with the ultimate beef stew, this stew will wow you! its simple but flavourful here are the ingredients:
meat preparation:
1,5 kg beef brisket
2 scotch bonnets
2 thumb size ginger
4 garlic cloves
2 stalks spring onions
1 med size onion
1 sankofa stew seasoning (it has: cayenne pepper,rosemary,bay leaves,black pepper,cloves,fenugreek,coriander,fennel)
1 small maggi
1/2 cup water
1tbsp salt
1tbsp beef flavour stock
oil for deep frying
1tbsp tandoori curry powder (the red curry)
stew:
blend: 1 onion
2 scotch bonnets
1 thumb size ginger
with meat stock
2 chopped onions
3 can plum tomatoes (1200gr) 400gr each
2 tomato puree (400gr) 200gr each
1tbsp tandoori curry
1tbsp call purpose seasoning
1/2 tbsp salt
1maggi
4stalks spring onions
1extra small onion
