THE ULTIMATE GHANA FISH STEW | CLASSIC FISH GRAVY | STEWED FISH

Today I am sharing with you my ultimate Ghana fish stew or fish gravy recipe with you! stewed fried fish is very popular in West Africa and this is a tasty version of this delicious sauce! why don’t you watch the recipe and give it a try?
Here are the ingredients:
fish preparation:
4 seabass cut in two
4 salmon steaks cut in two
1tbsp fish seasoning
1/2 to 1tbsp salt
1tbsp adobo
fry with 1/4 onion for each batch
stew preparation:
5 garlic cloves
1 thumbsize fresh ginger
2 and half onions
1/2 onion fried ( the one i used to fry the fish with)
1/2 cup oil used to fry the fish with
3 tomato plums (1200gr)
1 tomato puree (200gr)
1 tbsp ground prawns
2 maggi cubes
1/2 tbsp fish seasoning
1/2 tbsp adobo
1/2 tbsp red curry powder
