Belly dance vs. Ori Tahiti – Hips up-down / Tamau
(german below)

If you compare belly dance and Ori Tahiti, there are many similarities, but also differences. Let’s take a look at one of the basic movements: hips up-down (I call it “seesaw”) and Tamau.
NOTE: Some dancers/teachers doing the tamau flat feeted (without lifting the heels).
_____________

Morocco is a lovely location to explore, with a beguiling assortment of stunning old cities, medinas, and souks. These are scattered over the country's picturesque Atlantic and Mediterranean coasts and in the Saharan dunes and High Atlas mountains.

The continent's northwesternmost country has long been a magnet for diverse peoples and cultures, and its thriving heritage currently incorporates African, Arabic, Berber, and Western elements. This incredible diversity is seen throughout the country, with Essaouira, Fez, and Marrakech among the most popular tourist attractions.

Apart from experiencing the vibrant Djemaa El Fna and the breathtaking highland city of Chefchaouen, travelers can relax on one of the country's beautiful beaches or venture into the Sahara. Morocco, with its various facets, is undoubtedly one of the most spectacular nations to visit in Africa.

What you are about to experience is EXTREMELY powerful! The visuals and soundscape will activate/awaken all of your Chakras, starting at the Root, awakening the Kundlaini energy, the Serpent, the Goddess, and rise through your body/soul through each Chakra until it reaches your Crown Chakra and rises above you to connect with the universe that you are part of.

Along this journey you will experience the darkest aspects of your subconscious self, and the lightest aspects of your subconscious self, as you are drawn deep, beyond your subconscious, into your self towards your very soul!

Nothing you experience in this video is preconceived, planned, etc.. I am just the vehicle for the production, I did not "create" anything you see. I suppose you can say the "Universe" created the images specifically for you. You will see what only you will see. Everyone who experiences this will see what is there for them to see, what awaits inside of them only.

When Kundalini Shakti is conceived as a goddess, when it rises to the head, it unites itself with the Supreme Being (Lord Shiva). Then the aspirant becomes engrossed in deep meditation and infinite bliss.

According to the Yogis, there are two nerve currents in the spinal column, called Pingalâ and Idâ, and a hollow canal called Sushumnâ running through the spinal cord. At the lower end of the hollow canal is what the Yogis call the "Lotus of the Kundalini". They describe it as triangular in form in which, in the symbolical language of the Yogis, there is a power called the Kundalini, coiled
up. When that Kundalini awakes, it tries to force a passage through this hollow canal, and as it rises step by step, as it were, layer after layer of the mind becomes open and all the different visions and wonderful powers come to the Yogi.

When it reaches the brain, the Yogi is perfectly detached from the body and mind; the soul finds itself free. We know that the spinal cord is composed in a peculiar manner. If we take the figure eight horizontally (∞) there are two parts which are connected in the middle. Suppose you add eight after eight, piled one on top of the other, that will represent the spinal cord. The left is the Ida, the right Pingala, and that hollow canal which runs through the centre of the spinal cord is the Sushumna. Where the spinal cord ends in some of the lumbar vertebrae, a fine fibre issues downwards, and the canal runs up even within that fibre, only much finer. The canal is closed at the lower end, which is situated near what is called the sacral plexus, which, according to modern physiology, is triangular in form. The different plexuses that have their centres in the spinal canal can very well stand for the different "lotuses" of the Yogi.

Paramahansa Yogananda in his book God Talks With Arjuna: The Bhagavad Gita states:

At the command of the yogi in deep meditation, this creative force turns inward and flows back to its source in the thousand-petaled lotus, revealing the resplendent inner world of the divine forces and consciousness of the soul and Spirit. Yoga refers to this power flowing from the coccyx to Spirit as the awakened kundalini.

Kundalini is now widely known outside of the Hindu religion and many cultures globally have created their own ways to awaken the kundalini energy within people. Without explanation, an increasingly large percentage of people are experiencing kundalini energy awakenings spontaneously which means, it is not vital to follow a distinct set of instructions or rules in order to awaken the energy.

Kundalini can also awaken spontaneously, for no obvious reason or triggered by intense personal experiences such as accidents, near death experiences, childbirth, emotional trauma, extreme mental stress, and so on. Some sources attribute spontaneous awakenings to the "grace of God", or possibly to spiritual practice in past lives...

The seven Chakras:
1: Muladhara or Root Chakra
2: Svadisthana or Sacral Chakra
3: Manipura or Solar Plexus Chakra
4: Anahata or Heart Chakra
5: Vishuddha or Throat Chakra
6: Ajna or The Brow (Third Eye) Chakra
7: Sahasrara or Crown Chakra

This mysterious music will lead you to experience the emotional content of the tale of One Thousand and One Night. Ancient Arabia, Pharaohs, Pyramids, Sphinx... Hidden Stories of the past.
The music is performed by clarinet, backed by hang drum and ethnic percussions.

Solo Driven Music – bringing music and art together to provide healing for your mind and soul.

As with other forms of art, music involves the use of the entire brain. Melodies stimulate the regeneration of neurons and increase brain functioning.

We have decided to build on the latest research into the influence of music on the subconscious mind. The idea is simple: pieces of art and other visuals are combined with harmonious melodies to induce spectators into an altered state of consciousness; to help them become more aware of their inner world and allow the healing power of the harmonies to regenerate both their physical and mental state.

We recommend you interact with our videos in either of two ways:

Firstly, keep your eyes open and observe the images on the screen in a relaxed, seated position and allow the calm sounds to lead you into a light trance. In this state, your body will autonomously change the structure of the neural networks in your brain, which will reprogramme itself for happiness and love. To enhance this effect, breathe deeply and slowly and feel the energy around and within you transform from destructive to joyful, one breath at a time. Once you have found a sense of self-awareness and tranquility, close your eyes, let go of everything and everyone, and dive deeper into yourself.

Secondly, an additional way of using our meditational music would be to just play it and go about your usual business. Allow the high frequencies of art and music clean your space and create a balanced, peaceful atmosphere. And remember that the ultimate goal of life is happiness.

The British Chamber of Commerce for Morocco hosted a webinar, Thursday 28th April at 11am, on "Morocco's health sector opportunities: Between ambitions and challenges".

Between 2021 and 2022, the Moroccan government increased the budget allocated to health by 19%, amounting to more than 23.5 billion dirhams. This is in line with the recommendations of the New Development Model to go from 50% market coverage by national production to 80% by 2030.

Morocco had, from the third quarter of 2020, initiated the process of establishing complete and integrated national industrial and biotechnological capacities, dedicated to the manufacture of vaccines in the Kingdom. Process which resulted in the building of a manufacturing plant for anti-Covid-19 vaccines and other vaccines, ultimately mobilizing an investment of approximately 5.3 billion dirhams.

From pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, healthcare providers and services, to medical devices and supplies, the sheer number of sub-sectors can be overwhelming.

In partnership with the Department for International, the webinar session gathering various experts from different sub-sectors and covering the following questions:

-What are Morocco’s health ambitions in the short, mid and long terms?
-What is the state of innovation and manufacturing landscapes?
-In what ways does Morocco’s positioning offer advantages for future growth in the healthcare sector?
-What is the current ecosystem of startups developing HealthTech and MedTech in Morocco?

Hello, friends!
I'm very excited to share in this video my experience with the two step (Henna & Indigo) process. Spoiler alert, IT WORKS! My grays got colored like never before. So in this method, you apply henna in the first step let it set in your hair for 3 to 4 hours then you wash it out and apply indigo on the second step and wash it out. I mixed little bit of henna in my second step because I want more of brown color if you like black just don't add henna to step 2.

What you need:
100% Pure Henna Powder: https://amzn.to/3ubD70F
100% Pure INDIGO POWDER: https://amzn.to/3wlw5sQ
100% Organic Aloe Vera Powder: https://amzn.to/3wlNCBp
100% Pure & Natural Hibiscus Powder: https://amzn.to/3ud1MSp
Organic Apple Cider: https://amzn.to/3N3dtUy
Disposable Gloves: https://amzn.to/3KVyT43
Disposable Shower Caps: https://amzn.to/3qge5fx
Co-Wash: https://amzn.to/3FT57fE

Step 1:
178 grams Henna
20 grams hibiscus powder
10 grams aloe vera powder
warm distilled water

Step 2:
I did 70% Indigo + 30% Henna
56 grams Indigo
24 grams Henna
If you want black hair do 100% Indigo for step 2 and don't mix any henna with it.

Listening is a more natural way of learning, when compared to reading. Written language only began at around 3200 BC, but spoken language has existed long ago.

Learning by listening is a great way to:
- increases imagination and understanding
- improves your listening skills
- improves your own spoken accent
- learn while on the move
- reduce eye strain

Now learn the vast amount of general knowledge available on Wikipedia through audio (audio article). You could even learn subconsciously by playing the audio while you are sleeping! SUMMARY
=======
Morocco ( (listen); Arabic: المغرب‎, translit. al-maġrib, lit. 'place the sun sets; the west'; Standard Moroccan Tamazight: ⵍⵎⵖⵔⵉⴱ, translit. Lmeɣrib), officially the Kingdom of Morocco (Arabic: المملكة المغربية‎, translit. al-Mamlakah al-Maghribiyah, lit. 'The Western Kingdom'; Standard Moroccan Tamazight: ⵜⴰⴳⵍⴷⵉⵜ ⵏ ⵍⵎⵖⵔⵉⴱ, translit. Tageldit n Lmaɣrib), is a country located in the far west of North Africa with an area of 710,850 km2 (274,460 sq mi). Its capital is Rabat, the largest city Casablanca. It overlooks the Mediterranean Sea to the north and the Atlantic Ocean to the west, bordered to the east by Algeria and to the south by Mauritania. Morocco claims the areas of Ceuta, Melilla and Peñón de Vélez de la Gomera, all of them currently under Spanish jurisdiction.Since the foundation of the first Moroccan state by Idris I in 788 AD, the country has been ruled by a series of independent dynasties, reaching its zenith under the Almoravid and Almohad dynasties, spanning parts of Iberia and northwestern Africa. The Marinid and Saadi dynasties continued the struggle against foreign domination, allowing Morocco to remain the only northwest African country to avoid Ottoman occupation. The Alaouite dynasty, which rules to this day, seized power in 1631. In 1912, Morocco was divided into French and Spanish protectorates, with an international zone in Tangier. It regained its independence in 1956, and has since remained comparatively stable and prosperous by regional standards.
Morocco claims the non-self-governing territory of Western Sahara, formerly Spanish Sahara, as its Southern Provinces. After Spain agreed to decolonise the territory to Morocco and Mauritania in 1975, a guerrilla war arose with local forces. Mauritania relinquished its claim in 1979, and the war lasted until a cease-fire in 1991. Morocco currently occupies two thirds of the territory, and peace processes have thus far failed to break the political deadlock.
The unitary sovereign state of Morocco is a constitutional monarchy with an elected parliament. The King of Morocco holds vast executive and legislative powers, especially over the military, foreign policy and religious affairs. Executive power is exercised by the government, while legislative power is vested in both the government and the two chambers of parliament, the Assembly of Representatives and the Assembly of Councillors. The king can issue decrees called dahirs, which have the force of law. He can also dissolve the parliament after consulting the Prime Minister and the president of the constitutional court.
Morocco's predominant religion is Islam, and its official languages are Arabic and Berber; the latter became an official language in 2011, and was the native language of Morocco before the Muslim conquest in the seventh century C.E. The Moroccan dialect of Arabic, referred to as Darija, and French are also widely spoken. Moroccan culture is a blend of Berber, Arab, Sephardi Jews, West African and European influences.
Morocco is a member of the Arab League, the Union for the Mediterranean and the African Union. It has the fifth largest economy of Africa.
