So you want an African design scheme but you also want it cozy ,modern ,stylish, cohesive? if that's you this is a place for you

Designing your living room !so how do you design a cohesive space ?one of the things that i would really suggest ..my number one point ..it's going to be, have a design concept !Defining your design concept you're going to ask questions like how do i really want to feel in this place? and what designs style do i want to to have in this place !Asking yourself these questions will help you define what kind of furniture you're going to bring into your home actually for instance ,if you have kids you can't for example just buy white sofas or go for linen! if i have young kids i would always go for materials like maybe the leatherette's so that you don't end up spending so so much money in the long run .For some people it would be easy actually to come up with a design concept whereas for some people it will be hard .So For some of you that really want an african design scheme or if you're just here because you want to improve your space not necessarily adding in an African vibe these videos apply to you too.So how do you come up with your design concept? planning and aesthetics .Think of design the same way you think about cooking a great meal before you prepare something for lunch let me say you have to think about the spices you don't just buy different spices .You're going to plan for this style and for you who's going for an african aesthetic you're going to look at all the styles that are trending right now probably there is traditional ,there is african luxury there is african safari go on pin interest and try to download the pictures you feel they apply to you and ask yourself what's the commonality in these pictures ..what is really drawn you into these pictures ?you're trying to define your style. You're trying to find out what kind of style do i want you're going to decide which style you want to lean into more because in most cases i think most people have so many styles like you can't just lean into one and go with it somehow it becomes to much i think and probably that's just me because i've seen people go to that extreme of minimalism and sometimes when i'm looking at these pictures ,it feels like a museum !so cold! it's too much that's what i feel so i'm gonna give you steps on how i could really achieve an african design scheme or an african themed space .number one by applying african textiles into my home, when we talk about textiles the most common ones which is popular that i love so so much is the mud cloth which is a traditional cloth from west africa to be specific mali which dates back to the (Meant ;1700s) it was made by men. They are made from narrow strips of woven cotton hand stitched together by the men to form a piece of cloth ,the cloth is then hand printed in patterns and symbols using natural plant dyes by the women ,i love the mud cloth .it's one of my favorites actually .The patterns are really really important when it comes to african interiors each mud cloth is unique and when it comes to the african culture they're very significant .They represent historical events for instance a twirl represents life the circle represents the world like it's so rich .I love mud cloth, if you're someone that is really looking out for an african design scheme i think going for a mud cloth would be such a good idea and lately they also come in so many shades like you have muted tones you have where it's colorful ...there's so many options that you can really choose from and if you want that african vibe into your space you're going to go for african patterns textiles so that you can really bring it into your space. ..watch the video with subtitles

In the springtime, the Makishi demons, the spirits of the ancestors, come to kidnap the young village boys for four months. Wearing extraordinary masks, their dances enchant the crowd, and a new generation of men appears in the village.
