1 tbsp tomato paste for stew
1 tbsp tomato paste for peanut butter
2 small maggi cube
1 tbsp shrimp powder
1 tsp chilli pepper
1 tsp Dawadawa
1/2 red onion
1/2 white onion
Vegetables
Mushroom
Aubergine
Bell pepper
Carrots
Sweet potato
To season chicken
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Ginger powder
1 tap Garlic powder
1 tsp Sage
1 tspp Chicken seasoning
1 tsp All purpose seasoning
1 tsp Salt

Blended onion - ginger and garlic on the side
