Thieboudienne is Senegal's national dish and the Wallof word literally translates as "red rice and fish". This flavour packed rice dish will leave you wanting more. The slowly cooked rich tomato stew base offers a depth of flavour. Paired with a variety of vegetables and beautifully marinated fish Thieboudienne truly deserves more attention.
