TASTY GHANA JOLLOF RICE RECIPE WITH FRIED CHICKEN | PT2
Hello everyone, welcome back to my channel this is part two of the recipe, I hope you have watched how I fried the best Ghana style chicken (pt1) This jollof recipe is so delicious and will be your favourite!

Ingredients:
Fried chicken oil
2 sliced medium size onions
In the blender: 2 scotch bonnets,7 garlic cloves, 1 large onion, 2 pieces of ginger, 3 red pointed chillies or 1 1/2 red bell pepper, with 3 cans of plum tomatoes)
1 tomato paste/puree 200gr
1 /2 sankofa stew and gravy seasoning
3 bay leaves
1 Rennie chicken seasoning
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 Rennie jollof rice seasoning
1 tsp curry powder
1tbsp Rajah chicken seasoning
1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
Salt to taste
Chicken broth
11-13 rice cups (fragranced rice)
