I recently visited Ghana last month and had a great time. Here are my 5 must do things when you visit Ghana for the first time.

Using TripAdvisor I was able to find a great tour company ProTour Africa who took me on the Cape Coast Tour. The tour includes a visit to Kakum National Park, Elmina and Cape Coast. You will not be disappointed with this tour.

Everyday People is an event where good drinks meet great vibes. It is something you want to experience.

AfroChella now Afrofuture was really dope! Check out my 360 videos to get a taste of it.

While exploring Osu was awesome it was also cool to visit a nearby village called Nsawam.

Finally, the cheaper tour you can take is with Bolt / Uber. Hoop in and tell the driver "lets take a ride"

We had a blast on our year of return trip to Ghana.

Taste of Ghana - Showcasing Ghanaian Food, Music & Culture | Ghana ( West Africa ) Vlog ft Wiyaala

This was a day event aiming to give African Americans , Africans in the diaspora and all visitors of Ghana the Ghanaian experience. This event had Ghanaian food , Ghanaian music , Ghanaian business ( made in ghana ) products and many more on offer.
Some of the performances included Wiyaala , Nkwanpa and a Ghanaian cultural fashion show.

This is also evidence of Accra’s nightlife and life in Accra.

March 12th marked the start of the first ever African Partnership Flight event in Accra, Ghana. APF focuses on sharing experiences and knowledge between the Airmen of different nations. Airmen from Ghana, America, Togo, Benin, Senegal and Nigeria came together to help each other.

The Asabaako festival ( @asabaakofestival ) is three days and two nights of live performances, parties, workshops and entertainment, taking place on the Busua beach by day and in the jungle by night.

This year’s event which took place from March 4th - March 6th & had almost 4000 ravers troop to Busua Beach for the annual festival.

The first two days were highlighted by Music, arts , craft , surfing, boat rides , soccer matches , etc on the beach.

The @blacvolta team also visited Fort Metal Cross in Dixcove on Day 2 of the event to learn about the history of the trans - atlantic slave trade.

The second & third days were truly amazing as the pre- parties organized by @blacvolta x @b4b.gh x @tortulum.gh on the Busua Beach set the scene for the infamous Jungle Party which had ravers party all the way to 6AM in the morning.

The event was headlined by Ghanaian Superstar DJ’s @djmicsmith x @tmskdj x @handsomefellah x @templegramme x @araba.oa x @aimee.wav x @sound.xpansion @emilyinaccra x @ah.nansi x @muud.swingz
