🇪🇹SORGHUM STALK: Cut the stalk of the sorghum plant. Bite off a chunk and chew it to extract the sweet liquid. Spit out the rest of the stalk.

🇪🇹ROASTED MEAT: Place skewered meat directly onto the ashes from the fire and let it cook for about 20 minutes.

🇪🇹BOILED LUNGS AND VERTEBRAE WITH BLOOD: Boil the cow lungs. Add the vertebrae and chunks of meat, and continue boiling. Mix in the cow blood. Enjoy.

Cape Town and Surroundings HD - Cape Town airport offers an excellent entry point to South Africa. The airport has recently undergone extensive renovations to bring it into line with international standards. When in South Africa it is advisable to hire a car as many destinations are not easily accessible by public transport. Although there are public transport systems in Cape Town, they are not entirely suited to the holiday maker and are not always reliable after hours. A self-drive tour starting in Cape Town and traveling through South Africa is a popular holiday choice.

We concentrated mainly on Safari in the world famous Kruger National Park and the Landscapes in and around the Blyde River Canyon Nature Reserve. Next, we found a buffalo in the Rietvlei Nature Reserve picnic area in Pretoria. It was trying to destroy the little tree in the picnic area. Kicking off Day 1 at Africa's Travel Indaba - we started off with the Durban-KZN Business Breakfast where the MEC of EDTEA Mr Siboniso Duma and the Mayor of the City of Ethekwini Cllr Mxolisi Kaunda welcomed attendees not only to the event but to our warm province.

At the Durban ICC, #ATI2023 was a hive of activity, with seminars being kicked off by the Minister of Tourism, Patricia De Lille.
